Melody Baird

My career goal as of now is to go into management at Zaxby’s and work through college doing the job I love! Work-Based Learning has helped me so much by allowing me to work on homework before and after school as well as being able to go into work early to get more experience as a manager. After high school I plan to attend a local college and continue my career as a manager.

My experience so far has taught me great time management skills, money management, and how to balance work and school. I would most definitely recommend Work-Based Learning to anyone looking for a way to move up in their career or even learn valuable life skills as a teenager in high school.

Great Job, Melody!
