Saul is a Senior at CBHS and has completed the Welding Pathway. His career goal is to become a skilled electrician and he is gaining experience in this field with his internship at Bitzer.

Vanessa is a Honors Work-Based Learning student (Virtual) interning alongside of doctors and nurses at Specialty Clinics of Georgia. Vanessa is a Junior who is completing her Healthcare Career Pathway and has a genuine interest in this industry.
Her mentor states, “Vanesa is the epitome of what we hope for in an intern. She has exceeded all of our expectations in one short month.”

Tanner is currently working for Subway located in Clermont. After high school he plans to go to college and major in petroleum engineering. Tanner also plans to bass fish in the college tournaments in hopes of fishing on the professional level.
In a recent employer evaluation his mentor stated “Tanner is fantastic. He is very responsible and punctual. He gets all his tasks done in a timely manner.” Due to his great work ethic, Tanner was nominated for Employee of the Month.

Katie Pina
Kate Pina receives the honor of LCCA’s intern of the month award! She is a hard worker, has a keen attention to detail and is proactive when it comes to work and her academics.
Kate is ahead of the game academically and will have the opportunity to intern next year AND complete college classes. Her graduation date isn’t until May of 2022 but she will complete her required courses much sooner than May!
Her reviews with Zaxby’s are excellent. She completes her work with a smile on her face and is a versatile employee. Kate takes pride in her work which will take her a long way!

Sammy is a Work-Based Learning intern at Luna's Restaurant in Gainesville. This is Sammy's second year as a WBL student. He is enrolled in the Video pathway at WHHS. He has recently been promoted to manager at Luna's.
