GRADUATION DAY, MAY 23, 2:00 P.M.
Graduation Practice – Friday, May 23, 2025. Free Chapel at 11:30 a.m.
Practice will begin promptly at 11:30—it is MANDATORY that you attend if you wish to participate in the graduation ceremony. DO NOT BE LATE!!
Come dressed in your cap and gown with tassel and all approved regalia. You will need to eat something before you arrive, as you will not be allowed to leave the church until after graduation.
In addition to wearing your Graduation Cap & Gown and school-issued regalia—
Boys are to wear a white dress shirt, tie, khaki pants and black or brown closed-toe shoes.

Girls are to wear a dress (one that does not show below the hemline of the gown) and low-heeled black, brown, clear or neutral colored shoes.
​
Upon arrival, enter the side doors and find your homeroom teacher immediately. He/she will get you in the correct order for the ceremony so we may begin practice on time. You will not leave this seat until practice is over.

Graduation Ceremony – Friday, May 23, 2025.
The ceremony will be held at Free Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Every guest must have a ticket in order to attend the ceremony. The auditorium doors will open at 1:15 p.m. Due to graduation practice, no one will be allowed inside until 1:15 p.m. EVERY PERSON IN ATTENDANCE MUST HAVE A TICKET, INCLUDING INFANTS.
Keep in mind, no balloons, flowers, stuffed animals, etc are allowed in the venue as per Free Chapel. These items may stay in your car and be given outside after graduation.

If you or a loved one requires handicapped accessibility, please let suzanne.haynes@hallco.org know by Wednesday, May 21. The staff at Free Chapel will make arrangements for seating.

As graduation is a time honored tradition , please ensure all guests display appropriate behavior suitable for this momentous event. To respect each graduate and his/her family, do not make outbursts at anytime during the ceremony so that each person can hear his/her name called.

At the completion of the ceremony, please exit the building immediately. You will go to the parking lot to meet your graduate. Decide on a rendezvous point before the ceremony to make finding each other easy. Take picture, get hugs and enjoy your graduate but we will need to vacate the area within 30 minutes to make room for the next school's graduation ceremony.
