Litzy Martinez

After high school, I plan to get a bachelor’s degree in teaching and also want to get a degree in business. I would like to be an elementary school teacher and be able to help kids and also prepare them for the next grade. WBL has helped me by giving me an earlier experience of what it is like to be a teacher at an elementary school and of what to expect. I have been able to go into different classrooms and see the different ways teachers teach their classes. I have learned how to work with kids in small groups and also how to teach them what they need help with. I would definitely recommend WBL because it helps you gain experience and gives you an idea of what to expect for the career that you may be wanting to do.

Congratulations Litzy!

What a joy he is. His attitude is terrific and he is such a great help. I wanted to take him with us at the end of the day. I’ve never in 5 years of “BePro” sent an email commending a student and I’ve have over 100k in front of our program over the years- and some darn good ones too.  Please tell Mason thank you for us and we wish him blessings in his future endeavors of owning his own restaurant!” WOW!

In addition, Mason was named the December intern of the month for Work-Based Learning.  He is proactive in his work, completes his assignments and is a bright light in the kitchen.  We are proud of you Mason!
